Sampo Build Guide
Sampo is one of the Wind element characters in Honkai Star Rail.
As a Nihility, Sampo acts as the team De-Buffer by using impair skill and ultimate to attach debuff on opponents.
Following is the recommended Sampo Build information.
Sampo Normal Attack
Deal 50% of Sampo’s ATK as Wind DMG to a target enemy.
Throw a dagger that deals 15% of Sampo’s ATK as Wind DMG to a target enemy. The dagger will Bounce between enemies up to 4 time(s), with each Bounce dealing an additional 15% of Sampo’s ATK as Wind DMG to a random enemy, with a 50% fixed chance to delay the affected enemy’s action by 5%.
Deal 96% of Sampo’s ATK as Wind DMG to all enemies. In addition, there is a 100% base dance to reduce the target’s DEF by 20% for 2 turn(s).
Sampo’s attacks have a 65% base chance to inflict Wind Shear for 3 turn(s). Enemies inflicted with Wind Shear will take 25% of Sampo’s ATK as Wind DMG at the start of each turn. Wind Shear can stack up to 5 time(s).
Toss a Flash Bomb at a target enemy that Blinds them for 10 second(s). Enemies inflicted with Blind cannot detect your team.
Sampo Eidolon Level 1
When using Skill, throwing dagger gains 1 more bounce attack.
Sampo Eidolon Level 2
When an enemy with Wind Shear is defeated, there is a 100% base chance to impose 1 stack of Wind Shear on all enemies.
Sampo Eidolon Level 3
Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
Sampo Eidolon Level 4
Talent’s Wind Shear DMG Multiplier increases by 10%.
Sampo Eidolon Level 5
Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1. up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
